 Financials 

Annually the District Board adopts a budget for the fiscal year, which runs from October 1st through September 30th. 

In accordance with Florida state requirements, the District conducts an independent audit. To access the audit reports, please visit the Florida Auditor General's website.  

The Palm Beach Soil & Water Conservation District is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a division of the State of Florida. The District does not levy taxes, issue bonds, or regulate land use. 

In accordance with Federal law, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture policy, the District is prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, marital status, familial status, parental status, genetic information, political beliefs, reprisal or because all or part of an individual's income is derived from any public assistance, retaliation for prior civil rights activity, in any program or activity conducted by the District.
