District Financials

Annually the District Board adopts a budget for their fiscal year, which runs from October 1st through September 30th.

Palm Beach Soil and Water Conservation District is an Independent Special District, recognized as a 501(c)3 and a division of the State under Florida Statues 582. The District is a non-taxing, non-regulatory organization dedicated to carrying out a variety of conservation, environmental and educational programs.

We service all of Palm Beach County as described in Section 7.50 of the Florida Statutes.
